{I put cute straws in everything. Makes me happy}
I cannot recollect when the shift was from apple to orange juice in my life, but I can say with some certainty that it was swift and decisive. I am an "all or nothing" kind of girl. I am either into it or not and I go on these binges that last for weeks and then I am over it. I remember a Cliff bar binge that was so heinous it left me with a tummy ache I couldn't shake for an entire day. I cannot imagine that orange juice will do the same, but since these last couple weeks I have been attempting to sharpen my bar tending skills, I keep being drawn to my favorite fruity beverage. If you're someone who loves a Summer Shandy then this fruit doesn't fall far from that tree.
Ingredients you will need. The recipe calls for a Miller High Life.
1.5 oz. dry Gin of your choosing. 2 oz. orange juice.
Pour over ice.
You will want to stir periodically while drinking to keep it well mixed.
Add beer.
Garnish with an orange wheel.
