I think as I am maturing as a woman it is much less about showing off my top as it is my bottom half. I have more of a sporty figure, and I am very blessed with a naturally muscular physique. I would never say I am curvy. I envy those women. Marilyn Monroe...Jane Russel....Betty Grable are all women who's look anyone could aspire to. However, I was not blessed with some of their more alluring assets. Not to mention that becoming a mom has left me with with a few physical flaws here and there. None that I am not proud of. Those scars are earned, and a glorious homage to the human life that my body has created. So when I get dressed for any occasion I tend to focus on and accentuate the parts of me I love the most, as I think all women do, and make the most of them. This dress I found last summer and I haven't had the perfect night to wear it yet. To me it is classy and cool, and just the right length for my frame. My birthday being in just two weeks I have no idea what I will be doing, but if the weather permits, that night may be the one that this dress comes out to play.
{Earrings are old from HRH Collection and skulls!! My fave.}
