The Bus Stops Here

Backless dresses make such a statement. They have been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember. There is something so sensuous and beautiful about that part of woman. It shows her strength as well as her softness. It takes a certain level of confidence to wear them. I have read that the small of a woman's back is one of those things men find most attractive. I know that personally, having a man guide you into a room by placing his hand there, for me, is romantic and masculine. With all these hot days we have experienced this summer, wearing less than what is an absolute necessity has been my motto. Minimal jewelry, simple hair and makeup, strappy sandals and small clutch bags, that only hold the essentials, have been my staple wardrobe. I could have slept in this dress it is so soft. It gave me all the womanly curves with just the right touch of comfort. I have no plans on packing it away any time soon. Even as we see the buses lining up these next couple weeks to take the kids back to school, I am hanging on to this season for a bit more.
Long live summer.
