Wings are not my thing. I absolutely abhore the idea of tearing meat off the bone with my bear teeth. If you pull the meat off and place it on my plate as an entree, I am ready willing and able. A friend of mine, that I work with, found this original recipe and I made a few adjustments. I love the idea of creating an original way to enjoy an unoriginal veggie.
Combine 1 cup flour and 1 cup water with 1/4 tsp garlic powder and 1/4 tsp onion powder.
After you have cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces, dip in the flour mixture. I left the stems so that it was less messy to dip later.
After you bake it at 450 degrees for at least 15 minutes take them out and cover completely with the buffalo sauce of choice. Put back in the oven for an additional 7 minutes. Chill a beer while you're at it.
Best way to eat cauliflower ever.
