Build Your Bowl


Fall is definitely chili season, and there is not a recipe that I can resist. My sister's is my most favorite, but I have made a vegetarian recipe my go to over here for as long as I can remember. I did incorporate some other elements from recipes I have long admired as well. Here is how we build the best bowl of chili.

Start with white rice on the bottom.

Add the 3 bean chili on top along with sour cream and cheddar cheese.

Mix together and use some chips to scoop. Someone once said it reminds them of gumbo but I haven't had the pleasure so you tell me.
